Customer Testimonials
"The Catholic Health System utilized Centerstone Record Services to create secure digital access to our organizational documents. We needed these documents to be preserved in an unalterable format, yet readily accessible to authorized viewers and easily searchable. CRS converted our index, scanned our documents, developed the website and trained our people on how best to use this tool.
We found Centerstone to be responsive, reliable and committed to meeting our needs. They helped us achieve what we needed at a considerably lower cost than other vendors had proposed and they did it with exemplary service levels. We would recommend Centerstone Record Services to others."

"I run a very successful dental practice and I rely on CRS for managing my records. A few years ago I decided to digitize my practice and paper records were taking up valuable space in my office. At first we were going to scan them all into my practice management software, but Centerstone helped me realize that was unnecessary. Now, when I need a file that is still in hard copy format, CRS scans it to me and it becomes part of the digital patient record. The money they saved me by not scanning records that I may never need was substantial.
We are exploring this digital dental practice further with Centerstone by looking at Enterprise Content Management, the Electronic File Room and many other things. CRS is ahead of the technology curve and so am I!"

A Brief Case Study
If records do anything, they grow in numbers and take up valuable space. In the Health Care industry, that space is at a premium and better used for the patient's care. That's what Kendrick Bentham and Cathy Dengler of the TLC Health Network encountered at their Lake Shore Health Care Center located in Irving, NY. "Not only did we run out of space," observed Dengler, "we found that the more crowded our records were and the more overflow we had, the more inefficient we became and the less likely we were to follow our own retention policies."
Bentham and Dengler called upon Centerstone Record Services to develop an off-site storage solution. "What CRS put together not only removed the boxes and files out of valuable clinical areas, they implemented a system that saves time and money," reported Bentham. "In the long run, the CRS Health Care Records Management system allows us to focus on taking care of patients while knowing our valuable records are in good hands."
CRS conducted staff orientation sessions, communicating directly with those who had concerns and researching the laws behind certain requirements to determine proper procedures. They also reduced the on-site active record center to only active, working records and cleared large areas of the facility for other uses.
"We have had nothing but positive reviews from management and staff," said Deb Alessi, CRS President. " I think they were surprised that our team did everything from training to cleaning the floors!"
Completely satisfied with CRS's capabilities and services, TLC has scheduled another significant record area for conversion to the CRS management system.
